"We met Carole at an open house and were impressed by her knowledge of the real estate market in the area, as well as some features of the house she was selling. We later contacted Carole regarding selling our house, but she convinced us that renting the house out would be a great idea in the current market and given the house's location (even though that advice would cost her a sales commission) when we told her that our bank was not requiring us to sell in the house in order to qualify for another mortgage. After deciding not to sell our house but rent it instead, we moved forward with having Carole take us to look at houses. She was willing to work with our schedules, meeting us after work and on Sunday afternoon. When we found the house we were interested in, she came over to our house on a Wednesday night after church and stayed until nearly 10 helping us write the offer up.
