I have approximately 10 years experience in the mortgage industry that spans from loan processing to working in the mortgage servicing department.

 

Upon the encouragement of my mother, Dean Dove, who was a broker with McCaughan and Pruitt Realty at the time (now the McCaughan Company), I took the courses required to become a Realtor, which I passed.  I then took my licensing exam and became a Realtor on March 31, 2003.  In 2008, I studied for, and became a Real Estate Broker.  Now I am waiting to put my 14 years of experience to work for you with Cantrell Realty, LLC.

 

I have been an investor myself, which gives me an edge on what is needed to make a house marketable.  I work with many investors now in purchasing and selling homes.

 

I also have a background in Fine Jewelry sales that spanned about 5 years, and a short history of sales in the appliance business in North Mississippi.

 

When living in Memphis, I also worked in the music industry, which I still do here, which has really helped in the sales industry.
